The team challenge comprises 2 sub categories, Conventional Teams - 3 members and Paired Teams - 2 members. Trophies will be presented to winners of either category.

Each team will run in the colours or clothing of the sponsoring corporate; charity or club which they represent. Each team will be timed on the last member to cross the finish line on each of the 5 stages.
